Elabscience Biotechnology recombinant 14-3-3ε
Extracellular 14-3-3ε and α-actinin 4 conferred the chemotaxis effect of AGR2-modulated CM. A WCL and CM samples of CF41.Mg or CMT-U27 transfected with pcDNA3.1-myc.His-AGR2 or the mock control were collected as described previously.
